§ 02 · PATHOGENS & VIRUSES COVERED

Every major pathogen addressed.

EPA-List N and sporicidal protocols matched to the specific pathogen — not a one-size-fits-all spray.

  • COVID-19 / coronavirusEPA-List N approved disinfectant
  • Norovirus (stomach flu)Food-safe protocols, health code documentation
  • MRSA / staphHospital-grade sporicidal disinfection
  • C. diff (Clostridioides)Extended dwell time, sporicidal agents required
  • Influenza A/BSurface + air treatment, HEPA filtration
  • Mold + bacterial comboOften follows water damage events
  • General facility sanitizationRecurring commercial disinfection programs
§ 03 · HOW WE WORK

Six steps to a certified, safe space.

  1. 01STEP
    Assessment

Identify contaminated surfaces, ventilation, high-touch zones. Determine appropriate EPA-registered disinfectant based on pathogen.

  2. 02STEP
    PPE & containment

Full Tyvek suits, N95/P100 respirators, gloves, eye protection. Negative air pressure established if needed.

  3. 03STEP
    Pre-cleaning

Remove gross contamination. Disinfectants require a clean surface to reach effective concentration.

  4. 04STEP
    EPA-approved disinfection

Hospital-grade EPA-List N or sporicidal disinfectants applied to all surfaces with correct dwell times per manufacturer label.

  5. 05STEP
    HEPA air scrubbing

HEPA filtration captures airborne particles. UV-C treatment available for HVAC pathogen reduction.

  6. 06STEP
    Documentation

Surfaces cleaned, products used, lot numbers, dwell times documented. Health department-grade paperwork for commercial clients.

§ 04 · EPA COMPLIANCE & CREDENTIALS

Hospital-grade. Documented.

  • EPA-registered disinfectants on EPA List N (effective against SARS-CoV-2)
  • Certified technicians — IICRC certified, OSHA trained
  • Full documentation for health department compliance and insurance
  • Safe re-entry times communicated clearly — no guesswork
  • Available for recurring commercial disinfection programs
§ 05 · FAQ

Eight common questions.

What disinfectants do you use?+

All products are EPA-registered and appear on EPA List N, which confirms effectiveness against SARS-CoV-2 and similar pathogens. For C. diff and MRSA, we use sporicidal agents with extended dwell times.

How long before we can re-enter after treatment?+

Typically 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the disinfectant used and area size. We provide exact re-entry times based on the product label. No guesswork — we tell you before we leave.

Is the treatment safe for pets and children?+

Yes — once surfaces are dry and the ventilation period is complete, treated areas are safe. We specify exact wait times for each product. HEPA air scrubbing also removes residual particles.

Can you treat our HVAC system?+

Yes. UV-C treatment reduces airborne pathogens in ductwork. We also recommend air duct cleaning after any outbreak to prevent recirculation of contaminated air.

Do you provide documentation for health department inspections?+

Yes — complete paperwork including products used, EPA registration numbers, dwell times, treated areas, and technician certifications. Formatted for health department review.

Can I schedule recurring disinfection for my business?+

Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly, and custom schedule programs for offices, vacation rentals, schools, and healthcare facilities.

Is this covered by insurance?+

Disinfection following a covered event (sewage backup, biohazard) is often covered. Standalone disinfection for illness outbreaks may be covered under business interruption or specialty riders — we document everything for your claim.

What's the difference between cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting?+

Cleaning removes visible dirt. Sanitizing reduces bacteria to safe levels. Disinfecting kills or inactivates pathogens per EPA label claims. We disinfect — the highest standard.
