How long does the inspection take?+
Typically 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of your home and number of areas of concern. For larger properties or complex situations we allow more time. We don't rush.
What areas do you cover?+
All of Central Florida — Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Volusia, Polk, Brevard, Sumter, and Marion counties. Roughly the radius of a tank of gas from our Orlando bay.
How quickly can you come out?+
For emergencies we're available 24/7 and aim for a 60-minute or faster response. For non-emergency inspections we typically schedule same-day or next-day.
What if I'm not sure I have a problem?+
