Giving Back to Central Florida
We live and work here. When a neighbor loses everything to a flood or fire, it hits close to home. That is why we go beyond restoration — we invest in the community that trusts us.
How We Give Back
Free Inspections for Low-Income Homeowners
We offer complimentary moisture and mold inspections for homeowners who cannot afford assessment fees. If we find a problem, we work to connect them with assistance programs.
IICRC Scholarship Support
We sponsor local technicians pursuing IICRC certification — the gold standard in restoration. A more skilled workforce means better outcomes for every Central Florida homeowner.
Church & Nonprofit Discounts
Houses of worship and registered nonprofits receive preferred pricing on all restoration services. Community anchors deserve to stay standing.
Homeowner Education Workshops
We partner with Osceola, Orange, and Seminole County Extension offices to run free workshops on mold prevention, hurricane preparation, and water damage first response.
Disaster Relief Rapid Response
After major storms, we dedicate crews specifically to uninsured families and seniors in our service area — at reduced or no cost — coordinated through local churches and the American Red Cross.
Local Youth Sports Sponsorships
We sponsor youth baseball, soccer, and football leagues across Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties. Building the next generation of Central Floridians matters to us.
Our Commitment to Orlando
Ryan Solberg founded Central Florida Disaster Recovery because he saw national franchise companies treating Orlando neighborhoods like a profit center — slow to respond, quick to upsell. As a local owner-operator, Ryan answers his own phone, shows up on every job, and reinvests in the city he calls home.
If your organization is running a hurricane preparedness drive, a home safety fair, or a community outreach event, we would love to participate. Reach out and we will make it happen.
